A few weeks later I had time to do some more paint work. This included a 3-step polish/wax job. I started with Meguiars Step-1 Polish, moved to the paint cleaner solution, and finally applied the wax. You can see in the first picture the immediate results of the first step. It was a somewhat arduous 3 hour process, but there was no denying that it was a good idea. It is amazing how much better you can feel when your car is in prime condition...it is like having a weight lifted from your chest, especially if the car was very shabby before!

Well, here the car is in its full glory. By this time all of the modifications had been swapped on and the engine largely rebuilt. The vehicle was certainly looking the way it is supposed to!
